The Wisconsin Ice Arena Management Association, founded in 1992, is a growing volunteer group of ice arena personnel dedicated to improve and standardize procedures and operations in existing and new facilities. To achieve these goals, meetings, mailings, and seminars are scheduled throughout the year to assist in the development of all of those employees that participate as members of the Association and attend the programs provided. The Association is supported and serviced by a number of prominent vendor members throughout the country.

Looking for an exciting opportunity to become a full-time ice technician? The Herb Brooks National Hockey Center (HBNHC) at St. Cloud State University is looking for a motivated professional to join their full-time operations team! This position will be responsible for overseeing the facility, including two ice surfaces and a variety of off-ice spaces. The individual is a vital, front-facing position for our local youth hockey associations and the game day experiences for three NCAA programs. 6 months of direct operational experience with ice resurfacer equipment and practical application of ice maintenance techniques are required. Working Shift: Tuesday – Saturday, 2:00pm – 10:30pm
*Flexible work shifts outside of the NCAA hockey season
